APPLY FOR A TEACHER SCHOLARSHIP:

The Cerutti Family Foundation Teacher Scholarship supports Parkway School District educators who are continuing their professional learning and investing in their classrooms. We believe that when teachers are supported, students and communities benefit. This scholarship helps offset the cost of continued education so educators can focus on growing their skills and impact.

Scholarship Overview

This scholarship is open to Parkway School District teachers, preschool through 12th grade. Teachers may receive one scholarship per year.

Awards provide reimbursement for up to three credit hours, with a maximum award of $1,500. Eligible coursework includes Summer 2025, Fall 2025, and Spring 2026 semesters.

Applications open January 1 and are due by April 19. Scholarship recipients will be notified by May 30.

All applications must be submitted by April 19, 2026. Applications submitted after this deadline cannot be considered, as late submissions are not accepted. We encourage applicants to allow enough time to complete the form and submit before the deadline.

How to Apply

Applying for the Teacher Scholarship is designed to be straightforward.

  2. Applications will be accepted between January 1 and April 19 and take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

  3. The application is primarily straightforward information, with a small number of short, reflective questions designed to help us better understand your goals and experiences. Thoughtfulness matters more than formality — we’re looking for honest responses, not perfect ones. These questions are open-ended and intended to reflect your real experience — there’s no single right approach.

  4. Please note that applications cannot be saved and returned to later, so we recommend setting aside enough time to complete the form in one sitting.

  5. After submission, applications are reviewed for eligibility by the Scholarship Committee.

Scholarships Awarded

Applicants will be notified by email whether or not they are selected to receive a scholarship.
If awarded, you will receive confirmation of your scholarship amount via email.

Scholarship funds are distributed directly to the recipient upon receipt of a transcript showing the eligible course was successfully completed.
